"Lenten Season"

The Lenten season is a 40-day period preceding Easter in the Christian calendar. Lent, which begins on Ash Wednesday and ends on Easter Sunday, is a season of reflection and preparation leading up to the Easter celebrations. Christians imitate Jesus Christ's sacrifice and 40-day retreat into the wilderness by observing Lent for 40 days. Fasting, both from food and from festivities, is a feature of Lent.

We were unable to carry out our religious rituals throughout the Lenten Season, which was disappointing. We couldn't participate in customary rituals like waving the palaspas or visiting the church, but thanks to technology, we were able to attend an online mass and pray the Holy Rosary. We should be grateful to the Almighty since he protected us during the pandemic.

The Lenten Season is a time for us to refresh and reflect on our connection with God, as well as remembering God's sorrows, such as being nailed to the Cross. It allows us to keep track of how our Catholic lives are changing. Whatever examples are presented to help people comprehend Lent, they always center on our Lord and all of the sacrifices He has made to save us. Let us consider our options. Let us contemplate our Lord's magnificent deed of salvation, which He went through His life and sacrifices.
